Bar Pacino
175 Eagle St, Brisbane QLD

Sicilian Flair

Inspired by a truly Italian love of connecting people with authentic Italian food and the perfect beverage to compliment, Bar Pacino was opened just two months ago. Like our namesake, Al Pacino, we are unapologetically Italian and believe in life lived to its fullest. We are very proud of our heritage and our love for welcoming everyone to join us for a great time.

Siting boldly on the river front, we have some of the best southern Italian fare and drink, with rich Italian coffee offered at Cafe Pacino next door. It truly is la bella vita.

"Its such a cool place mostly because of the team - they're like a big family"

Workplace Culture
A Family Affair
At Bar Pacino, our staff are the lifeblood of our business and that means we are a very tight knit group. Every employee is directly invested in working towards meeting our goals as a team and is happy to respond to feedback and advice to improve their performance. We are all keen to consistently improve both professionally and personally.

We also try to cultivate a very supportive and accommodating environment for our team as we believe their hard work drives success. This means regular acknowledgment of hard work through incentives and promotion.

Our management style is all about honesty - we treat our staff with respect and understand that they have a life outside of work as well. In return we expect a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. We are like a big family and for that reason, we really take a lot of interest in the welfare of our team.
Ideal Candidate
Engaging & Confident
What we look for someone who is able to engage with our customers on a personal level and be confident with autonomy. Our staff have to really love what they do and be able to inject a personal feel into their service.
Hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to provide ongoing training and support. We want genuine people who take pride in their work. If you would feel comfortable working closely with both owners as mentors to further grow our culture, drop in your resume above.
I started working since high school; Leonards Chicken during the week and restaurants come weekend. After leaving school, I tried my hand at mechanics and realised it was more of a passion then a career path.

Using my savings, I've always wanted to own a cafe and bar. Business is like a relationship, its only going to work if you put in a lot of time and a lot of passion. I love my cars, motorbikes and everything Italian!
