Workplace Culture
Style Is a Big Thing
Our culture is reflective in what we do; really unusual Italian food and pastry, all underlined with superior coffee. It’s a really happy place where we have fun, but also provide a warm and traditional service to our customers. Of course, being an inner city establishment, there are waves of busy periods where it’s all go, but also times where you’re able to get to know regulars and settle into the work.

Culture is something that runs deep within Marchetti. We are Italian through and through. If you love all things old world Italy, you’re going to love Marchetti. In Italy, you can visit a place where you can get coffee, a glass of wine, a shot of whiskey, or a little piece of pizza all at once. We do a few things, do them really well and create a place where people can come for coffee, a meeting, breakfast or even a bottle of wine. It’s a little sanctuary of continental charm.
Ideal Candidate
Energetic, Outgoing and Stylish
