Can I claim Zippity through my plan?
Zippity may be claimable through your NDIS plan under Consumables or low-cost assistive technology, when it relates to your disability support needs.
- Self-managed? Order directly from us, then claim reimbursement through the my NDIS portal or app.
- Plan-managed? Order directly from us and send the invoice straight to your plan manager.
- Agency-managed? Have a chat with your support coordinator about your options.
Funding always depends on your individual plan. If you're not sure, your plan manager or support coordinator is the best person to ask.

Every invoice includes our ABN, your name and your NDIS number. Everything a claim needs, nothing you have to chase.

Do I need approval before I order?
No. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can order whenever suits. Just check with your plan manager first if you'd like certainty the purchase fits your plan.
What does the invoice include?
Our ABN, your name and your NDIS number, itemised and ready for the portal or your plan manager.

Does the Accident Pad come too?
The washable Accident Pad is available alongside your Zippity on the order form, and many families order both together.
